This workshop will introduce you to some basic principles and colour theories which will help you to introduce your own mood and atmosphere into paintings. We will consider how less colour can be more and how we can apply colour harmonies in order to make your work more individual and atmospheric.
we will look at colour values and saturation as well as colour proportion and distribution.
The workshop is suitable for those working in any medium
Clonduff community centre is a new facility attached to the new ‘lisnasharagh centre’ on Montgomery Road. It is bright and airy with dedicated kitchen and toilet facilities. It is also close to shops and cafes.
Paper and basic paints will be supplied. You will need to bring brushes, jars and cleaning materials. Full details will be forward when you register.
